Position Overview & Responsibilities: As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing all soups, sauces, and cutting meats and vegetables, as well as following recipes to produce items for our line cooks. You will maintain a clean and sanitary work area and assist in cleaning tasks during and after your shift.
  • This position can be either part-time or full-time, with wages ranging from $16.00 to $18.00/hr based on experience.
  • Training provided, with a preference for candidates with at least one year of experience in food preparation. Knowledge of Health Department standards is essential.
  • Starting wages are determined by job history and experience.
  • A minimum of one year in food preparation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ideal candidates should have a passion for cooking, be self-motivated, enjoy teamwork, and be able to follow written instructions and recipes.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to move quickly for up to six hours, lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that involve reaching, bending, and using knives and small tools.
  • During closing shifts, you will be responsible for thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including mopping and sanitizing all areas as assigned.
