Job Summary:

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving end-user PC issues, ensuring the new hire separation process is fully completed, and maintaining equipment and software inventory. Requirements:
  • 1+ year(s) experience troubleshooting Windows PC issues
  • 1+ year(s) experience providing end-user support
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be passionate about technology
  • Must always strive to provide an excellent end-user experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows Server OS
  • Experience supporting Mobile Device OS (Android, Apple iOS)
  • Experience with Office 365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Experience with supporting Virtualization Technologies (VMware Workstation, Oracle VM VirtualBox, etc.)
  • Experience with Kace 1000 for Desktop Management
  • Experience with Kace 2000 for Image Creation
  • Experience with Mitel Connect VoIP System (ShoreTel)
