Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure seamless patient care, and participate in revenue cycle management to ensure accurate billing and authorization.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, using standardized codes and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current/valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Maintain CPR certification and adhere to universal precautions and OSHA standards.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
