Lead Specialty Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Specialty Clinic Nurse to join our team in Bellevue, WA.
About the Role
This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of specialty clinics, providing exceptional patient care and developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop written plans of care, and prioritize patient care based on essential patient needs and available resources.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being among colleagues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Experience working in ambulatory care nursing, with a preference for primary nursing or case-management experience.
