Lead Specialty Clinic Nurse - Bellevue Per Diem Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Specialty Clinic Nurse to join our team in Bellevue, WA.



About the Role

This per diem position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of specialty clinics, providing exceptional patient care and developing your skills in a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting, adhering to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington ambulatory Nursing Care Standards and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  3. Use the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop written plans of care, and prioritize patient care based on essential patient needs and available resources.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
  6. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being among colleagues.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:




  1. A current Registered Nurse License (Washington) or Compact License.
  2. Basic Life Support certification.
  3. Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  4. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  5. Experience working in ambulatory care nursing, with a preference for primary nursing or case-management experience.
