Pediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Urgent Care for Kids. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and communicate with providers to ensure seamless care.
- Document patient visits and summarize symptoms and abnormal vitals.
- Assist providers with procedures, including splinting, radiology, and medication administration.
- Prepare and maintain exam and treatment rooms.
- Provide patient education and address follow-up questions.
Requirements:
- Recent experience in a pediatric office or urgent care setting.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a valid Texas license.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and EMR software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
