The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at our Cedar Park office. As a key member of our urgent care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage patients upon arrival and communicate with the provider to ensure seamless care
  • Document patient information and summarize visits in our electronic medical records system
  • Assist providers with procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks
  • Provide patient education and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experience
  • Perform front office duties, including insurance verification, patient registration, and phone support
Requirements
  • Passion for pediatric care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • Experience working in a pediatric office, hospital, or urgent care setting within the past 3 years
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA) or LVN - TX License
  • BLS certification required
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and basic clinical procedures
