HRUCKUS, a veteran-owned consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Administrator to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in Presidio of Monterey, California.
This role involves administering and proctoring foreign language tests for active-duty Military, Reservists, National Guardsmen, and DoD Civilians.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and proctor foreign language tests following program guidelines
- Provide clear instructions and assistance to test-takers to ensure a smooth testing process
- Maintain the security and integrity of the testing environment
- Accurately record and maintain test administration data
- Conduct briefings and compile reports
- Must be a US Citizen
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience working with the federal government or US military is preferred
- Familiarity with military terminology, office procedures, and language is preferred
- Proven experience conducting briefings or public speaking in a classroom or similar setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to pass all specialized training and obtain a Defense Foreign Language Test Certification
- Ability to pass a DoD background check and obtain security clearance
