Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of our technical support team, providing assistance to over 500 users during and after business hours.
- Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams and external service providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Analyze incoming support tickets to identify recurring problems and work with technical teams to implement solutions.
- Supervise and motivate help desk technicians using remote management tools.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional support to end users, maintaining high standards of service.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical users effectively.
- Recruit, train, and mentor help desk staff to achieve their objectives.
- Oversee ticket management software and generate reports for management review.
- Participate in additional projects and priorities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing a technical support team.
- Availability to work during standard business hours.
- Previous experience as an IT Help Desk Supervisor or Manager is advantageous.
- Experience in a Professional Services environment is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
