We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Cambridge Health Alliance. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to promote and restore patients' health.
- Provide care for a diverse patient population, including GI, cardiovascular, respiratory illnesses, and post-surgical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 2 years current Med/Surg RN experience preferred.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Current MA RN license.
- AHA or ARC Healthcare Provider BLS.
