Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and innovative professional to oversee our Corporate Solutions, with a primary emphasis on the HR sector utilizing SAP Success Factors. This role is crucial for driving the integration of systems across Tech, HR, Finance, and Corporate Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR System Oversight: Direct the product management for SAP Success Factors and other HR tools, ensuring the rollout of new features, system enhancements, and compliance-focused reporting.
- Integration Management: Supervise both inbound and outbound integrations for HR systems, including finance master data and connections to various employee accounting tools.
- Data Governance: Ensure that critical data is maintained as the system of record, upholding strong governance around sensitive data structures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster relationships with HR, Tech, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure that integrated solutions meet diverse needs.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Take charge of the product roadmap for HR and related corporate domains, identifying opportunities for improvement and technological advancement.
- Risk Assessment: Recognize potential risks associated with system integrations and process modifications, developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and integrations, guiding continuous improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Lead efforts to promote the adoption of new systems and processes, providing training and support to ensure successful transitions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with HR systems and integrations, are required. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Experience:
An advanced degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field, along with experience in SAP Success Factors and cloud-based corporate solutions, is advantageous.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel may be required for this position.
