Job Title: Licensed Behavioral Therapist

Job Summary:
TLC Nursing Services is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation

Requirements:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• State licensure as a Licensed Behavioral Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to clients with behavioral and mental health issues
• Expertise in evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of ethical and legal standards of practice

Physical Demands:
The job of a Licensed Behavioral Therapist may require long periods of sitting and listening to clients, as well as standing and walking to conduct therapy sessions. The candidate must be able to maintain a professional demeanor, remain focused, and provide compassionate care to clients.
