A robust background in Managed Markets and a deep understanding of the practice manager demographic, particularly in securing coverage for individual patients and provider reimbursement, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage job responsibilities, including leadership in critical strategic initiatives such as customer insight generation, competitive analysis, creative brief formulation, channel strategy development, and messaging.
- Oversee strategy assignments and guide teams in crafting and executing comprehensive strategic platforms and initiatives.
- Enhance the agency team's comprehension and application of coverage and reimbursement processes relevant to the business.
- Collaborate with various Agency departments to ensure strategic insights are integrated into all facets of the agency's operations.
- Serve as the strategy lead for pertinent business accounts, delivering effective and value-driven solutions to clients.
- Direct research efforts related to strategy and creative development.
- Lead the strategic elements of new business proposals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in generating insights and developing channel strategies and value propositions tailored to the practice manager and/or payer/population health decision-maker audience.
- In-depth understanding of benefit designs across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Private health insurance.
- Experience in conducting benefits investigations and prior authorizations to secure insurance coverage for biologics.
- Knowledge of provider reimbursement processes.
- Proven experience in leading workshops and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
- Strong grasp of managed markets and their relevance to pharmaceutical brands.
- Solid understanding of strategic frameworks.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Managed markets experience from either agency or client-side perspectives.
