We are seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team at VQ Orthocare. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various accounting functions, including processing company invoices, managing internal control functions related to AP, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Position

This is a part-time on-site position that requires 2 years of experience in AP, proficiency in Microsoft Navision, and strong organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process company invoices in Microsoft Navision for specified vendor accounts through full cycle accounts payable according to department procedures.
  • Manage internal control functions related to AP, including invoice analysis, account coding, problem resolution, month-end reconciliation, and final review of vouchers.
  • Prepare various month-end financial schedules for multiple companies and divisions.
  • Maintain daily other income activity.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED Required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2 years related AP experience.
  • Proficient in software such as Word, Excel and other standard MS Office Programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Navision-preferred.
