The Field Roast Grain Meat Company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for hourly staff, developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent for hourly positions, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
- Provide Employee Support and Guidance: Offer guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
- Maintain Accurate Records and Reports: Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee records, reports, and other HR-related documents.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Employment Laws and Regulations: Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements.
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary ranging from $78,500 to $86,000 annually, DOE.
