This role offers leadership and guidance to team members engaged in maintaining Inventory Record Accuracy. You will ensure that effective root cause corrective actions are executed to resolve issues leading to discrepancies in inventory records, while also certifying compliance with Corporate IRA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Translate operational instructions for IRA Team Members and provide tactical support on a daily basis.

+ Mentor and coach IRA Team Members in conducting counts and reconciliation/synchronization tasks to achieve facility IRA objectives.

+ Collaborate with counters and reconcilers/synchronizers to analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and develop corrective strategies to enhance overall inventory accuracy.

+ Deliver safety guidance and coaching to team members, including conducting daily safety meetings.

+ Manage performance discussions, maintain documentation, and oversee various aspects of team management, including timekeeping.

+ Plan, initiate, and sustain an IRA management process that aligns with Corporate IRA standards.

+ Act as a subject matter expert during audits and define/document internal processes to ensure effective inventory management.

+ Provide expertise in inventory record accuracy for facility projects, including leading initiatives to address common IRA root causes.

+ Work closely with supply chain leaders and governing bodies to identify and eliminate recurring causes of record inaccuracies.

+ Engage in collaborative problem-solving with key personnel across the organization to implement creative solutions and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.

+ Extensive knowledge of inventory systems, including MRP, MTS, and the JD System.

+ Background in Material Planning, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
