Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing and Promotions Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management team at Wells Enterprises. As a key contributor, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through advanced statistical and analytical techniques.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement pricing models, frameworks, and strategies to optimize sales and revenue growth
* Lead the collection of pricing data, create frameworks for pricing decisions, and identify opportunities to optimize sales
* Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to large amounts of data to drive business decisions
* Work cross-functionally with internal customers in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Insights to provide guidance and alignment on pricing strategies, new products, and promotional activities
* Accurately produce pricing reports on a routine basis, as well as completing frequent ad hoc analyses

Requirements:

* Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Finance, Business, or related fields
* 5+ years in a financial analysis, pricing analysis, or other highly analytical role
* Familiar with one or more analysis tools such as SAS, Python, R, or Matlab, SQL knowledge preferred
* Superior Excel skills required, including the ability to manipulate large sets of data
* Strong communication skills with ability to explain complicated scenarios to others
* Strong financial acumen, ability to understand and develop business cases, understand cost/benefit models
