Nurse Care Specialist

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior Registered Nurse experience preferred
