We are seeking an Insurance Verification Specialist who will be instrumental in helping our patients maximize their health insurance benefits for mental health care. This role focuses on assessing and reporting patient eligibility.
This full-time position is based at our corporate offices, with work hours from 8am to 6pm (EST). We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$20 per hour (based on qualifications and experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and confirm insurance coverage and mental health benefits.
- Identify necessary insurance documentation for verification.
- Engage with insurance providers for coverage assessments.
- Explore cost-effective insurance solutions for patients.
- Keep precise patient insurance records within the EHR system.
- Clearly document insurance information.
- Track reimbursement patterns and delays.

Qualifications:
