Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kupono Government Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop proactive maintenance plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize maintenance budgets and reduce waste.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in maintenance services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a government or industrial setting.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
