Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.

  • Manage the inventory and organization of applications, licenses, and HR supplies.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and analyze utilization data.
  • Provide a positive first impression by greeting applicants and team members, answering inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork for new hires and transfers.

Additional Support for the HR Team:

  • Receive and inventory incoming wardrobe items.
  • Ensure proper distribution of wardrobe items in line with company policies.
  • Maintain inventory control and assist in determining par levels.
  • Compile and submit reports as required.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, including donations and disposals.
  • Conduct uniform inventory reports and address discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Enjoy hosting and engaging with others.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a lively atmosphere.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications; experience with casino marketing programs is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external guests.
  • Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
