Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests and colleagues.

- Generate and maintain essential reports and documentation.
- Oversee the accuracy of job descriptions and organizational structures.
- Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with work authorization regulations and manage I-9 documentation.
- Maintain policy acknowledgments and ensure distribution of policies to new hires.
- Manage the inventory and organization of applications, licenses, and HR supplies.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and analyze utilization data.
- Provide a positive first impression by greeting applicants and team members, answering inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork for new hires and transfers.
Additional Support for the HR Team:
- Receive and inventory incoming wardrobe items.
- Ensure proper distribution of wardrobe items in line with company policies.
- Maintain inventory control and assist in determining par levels.
- Compile and submit reports as required.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, including donations and disposals.
- Conduct uniform inventory reports and address discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Enjoy hosting and engaging with others.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a lively atmosphere.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications; experience with casino marketing programs is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external guests.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
