Your Role:
As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in establishing trust and confidence in our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, managing phone inquiries, and escorting clients and their pets to examination areas.
- Coordinating and confirming appointments efficiently.
- Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
- Presenting service fees clearly and processing payments.
- Advising clients on products and services, including educating them on general pet care and health maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and correspondence.
Work Schedule:
