Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles effectively.
- Deliver consistent service quality across all vehicles.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
- Organize tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of job status and completion for Service Advisors and customers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all work performed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; automotive training is highly preferred.
- PA State and Emissions License is preferred.
- ASE certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to comprehend manufacturer's specifications is essential.
- Must be capable of performing physical tasks that involve bending, standing, lifting, and reaching.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Selected candidates should be available for extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership is preferred.
