Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders from patrons and staff, handle payments, and provide accurate change
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standardized measurements
  • Serve alcoholic drinks responsibly, verify age through identification, and comply with all service regulations
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory documentation
  • Manage bar inventory by ordering necessary liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
  • Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions
  • Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems
  • No high school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak hours
