We are 7 Hills North, a popular restaurant in North Location. We take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations and maintain our high standards.

The Role:

  • Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost controls.
  • Oversee food safety and sanitation practices in compliance with local regulations.
  • Train, schedule, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the BOH Director.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service.
