About the Job

The successful candidate will lead a roustabout crew in performing various oilfield services, including new well construction, maintenance, and other roustabout work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of roustabout laborers to ensure efficient job execution and employee skill development.
  • Maintaining and operating equipment such as tractors, trucks, trailers, and maintenance equipment.
  • Safely transporting personnel and equipment to/from job sites using company vehicles.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment operation and roustabout work.
  • Valid Class A CDL license.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide hands-on guidance to crew members.

A competitive hourly rate of $24-$26 is offered, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, HSA, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k with company match, and PTO.
