Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to join our Medical Oncology team. The successful candidate will provide individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care transitions through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care
  • Provide education and resources to facilitate informed decision making
  • Assist with prior authorizations, insurance, and family medical leave paperwork
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional cancer care team to provide comprehensive care
  • Practice in accordance with the ONS Oncology Nurse Navigator Core Competencies
Requirements
  • Four years' experience in an oncology setting
  • Oncology Nurse (OCN) certification within one year of hire
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to send/receive email and navigate electronic health records
