DAY-TO-DAY AS AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

In this dynamic position, you will oversee and assess the performance of the facility concerning quality, safety, productivity, and cost management. You will inspire, assist, and guide team members, fostering an environment where they can reach their full potential. Your role will involve developing and executing policies and procedures aimed at enhancing efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. To excel as an Operations Supervisor, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

This role entails direct supervision of approximately 45 team members and reports to the Regional General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in management or leadership roles
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality assurance, cost management, and strategies for optimizing production and distribution is preferred
  • Prior project management experience is advantageous
