Job Title: Security Shift Supervisor

Securitas Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at a construction site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and other personnel assigned to the site.
  • Ensure that all post orders are followed, and required reports are filed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient security operation.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, security logs, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or security industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and response services.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Working Conditions:
