Community Services for Children is seeking a motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills to become part of their team as a Coordinator for the ELRC Rapid Response Team (RRT). This pivotal role involves delivering support, administrative functions, and coordination for various initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for RRT inquiries and referrals in ELRC Region 13.
  • Conduct interviews to gather vital information from childcare providers and parents/caretakers.
  • Coordinate the assignment of program evaluators and quality coaches.
  • Compile reports and formulate RRT strategies.
  • Facilitate responses from multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Efficiently manage invoicing and payment procedures.
  • Oversee the certification referral process.
  • Perform assigned administrative duties.
  • Manage inventory and distribute resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in case management or early childhood environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred.
