Clinical Site Evaluator

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Site Evaluator to join our team at Adtalem Global Education. As a Clinical Site Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting site visits at multiple clinical practicum locations throughout the region, typically once per 8-Week Session per site.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct site visits to evaluate the quality of clinical practicum experiences for students
- Assess the clinical environment and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement strategies for enhancing student learning
- Provide feedback to site administrators and faculty on site visit outcomes
- Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical practicum experiences
- MSN and DNP or PhD in nursing degree required
- Active unencumbered Louisiana RN nursing license
- Active unencumbered Louisiana APRN nursing license
- National certification through the AANP or ANCC required for AGAC
- Reliable transportation with availability and willingness to travel to a variety of clinical practicum sites throughout the region
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level; online teaching experience highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing practice in a clinical setting required
- Subject matter expertise in the course of instruction
- Excellent communication, motivational, and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
The expected compensation rate for this position is between $850/Earned Credit Hour to $1,950/Earned Credit Hour, depending on the candidate's education and experience.
