Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries regarding beverages and service, ensuring compliance with regulations concerning alcoholic beverage service.
  • Utilize order-taking systems effectively to communicate guest orders to the kitchen accurately and swiftly.
  • Serve food and drinks to tables efficiently, adhering to proper service techniques and ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
  • Process payments accurately, ensuring the correctness of guest checks to safeguard both the customer and the establishment.
  • Welcome guests and take their food and beverage orders, catering to any special requests or needs.
  • Participate in all pre-shift and departmental meetings to enhance communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.
  • Perform restocking and cleaning tasks as directed, including opening and closing responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
  • A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are important.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is preferred.
