Job Description

CROSS SAFETY MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a highly skilled Site Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' construction sites comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement site-specific compliance programs to address any identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that all necessary documentation and records are maintained.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on compliance best practices.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction compliance management.
  • OSHA 30 General Industry Certification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
