Job Summary:
Cross Safety Management LLC is hiring an EHS Professional to oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  1. Safety Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  2. Safety Training: Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  3. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  4. Safety Meetings: Facilitate weekly safety meetings to discuss site-specific safety concerns and promote a culture of safety.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management in the construction or conveyor industry.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually, based on location and experience.
