As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences for our customers across multiple products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create a vision for designing, communicating, and implementing the user experience for multiple products across platforms, and follow through with the processes and tactics to implement the vision.
- Deliver on business and customer outcomes using design artifacts spanning both high and low fidelity to drive consensus around the optimal user experience.
- Oversee the development of detailed user-interface specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
- Quickly yet thoroughly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors.
- Analyze customer problems to create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Consider market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities, user research findings, and drive data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
- Regularly present your work to leaders and executives for review and feedback.
- Create UX that balances consistency across all our platforms with mobile and device-specific needs.

Requirements- 5+ years of design experience.
- 3+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience.
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Experience prototyping (HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash or Flash Catalyst, or Axure).
- Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.
- The candidate selected must obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level.
- 2+ years of mass-market consumer web/mobile products experience.
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
