Salary Estimate:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

This role provides executive administrative support to Senior Vice Presidents, enabling effectiveness and productivity. The individual manages complex operations, administrative and logistical support, and serves as a liaison with internal business partners and external customers or stakeholders.

The responsibilities include:

  • Providing and/or managing executive administrative support needs, including sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Overseeing efficient office operations, making decisions on escalations, and proactively anticipating business needs.
  • Producing a wide variety of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Cordinating team activities, ensuring project milestones are achieved, and providing feedback to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, 7 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and planning skills, proven admin or assistant experience in a matrixed corporate environment, self-motivated, ability to work with minimal oversight, excellent time management skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
