Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to support our operational needs and business objectives.
- Manage the Facilities and Property Management Teams to oversee day-to-day operations of all US facilities, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
- Project Management: Oversee various Real Estate/Facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, re-furnishings, and rebrandings of various offices.
- Space Planning: Strategically plan and manage office space allocations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Team Management: Develop, coach, and mentor members of the Facilities Team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Facility Management or a related field, with multi-office management experience required.
- Knowledge of lease negotiation and management, vendor/3rd party contract negotiation and management, construction and renovation project management, space/capacity planning, asset management, and equipment replacement cycles.
- Skills in written and verbal communication, team management, and budget development and management.
