Operations Finance Accounting and Reporting Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the review, documentation, and consolidation of monthly financial outcomes
  • Enhance and maintain financial reporting tools
  • Conduct account reconciliations and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting models
  • Develop and refine cost accounting systems and methodologies
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Offer guidance and support to finance team members
  • Address audit inquiries
  • Prepare financial analyses on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain finance or corporate accounting
  • Expertise in SAP and PowerBI
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • CPA certification is preferred
