The ideal candidate will possess a strong product-oriented mindset, operational excellence, and a proven track record in coordinating comprehensive program activities.
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of the program, including defining scope, managing schedules, allocating resources, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Additionally, you will establish and implement processes that facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams across various organizations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the DevEdge program, focusing on scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, product managers, and engineering teams, to align on program vision and objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, and tools for program management, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions are delivered in the 5G, Network Data, and CPaaS sectors.
- Monitor and report on program performance, progress, and outcomes, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Facilitate continuous improvement and learning within the program and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience managing software product and program teams, with a focus on API design and monetization strategies.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, project management tools, and best practices in product management, software development, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly at the executive level, to effectively manage and report on status and progress.
- Proven collaboration and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders across various functions.
- Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with external partners, customers, and developers, with a keen understanding of their needs and expectations.
Compensation:
The pay rate range provided is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting anticipates for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and client requirements.
