Position Overview:

The Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Test Analyst will be an integral part of the Diversified Services Network, Inc. team, directly reporting to the MMIS IV&V Project Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the thorough evaluation of the components that make up the Medicaid Enterprise System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vendor submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the creation of contractual deliverables under the supervision of the project manager.
  • Support MES testing initiatives, including planning efforts to guarantee comprehensive coverage and readiness for system deployment.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the operational manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in testing activities for large-scale system implementations, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working on Medicaid or significant Health Care Payer projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the healthcare, child support, or child welfare sectors of state government.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex logic and processing challenges.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in both virtual and in-person environments.
