We are seeking an experienced Retail Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will provide critical support to our Buyers and Merchandise Manager in managing daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and maintain effective organizational systems to support merchants and operations.
  • Interface with internal and external contacts to communicate order status, resolve issues, and build relationships with vendors.
  • Organize reports for Buyers on a weekly basis, including Buyer Control File and On Order Inquiry.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for merchants and arrange meetings between buyers and vendors.
  • Assist in sample management, tracking receipt of samples and creating displays for buyer approval.
