  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients arriving, transferring, or departing from the facility.
  • Effectively manage and dispatch Facility Maintenance Technicians to various locations throughout the complex, responding to both planned and unplanned maintenance requests.
  • Utilize radios, telephones, and computer systems to relay work orders, messages, and critical information between technicians, supervisors, and field inspectors.
  • Proactively advise personnel about potential hazards, construction areas, weather conditions, traffic delays, or any other factors that may impact their work.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment by identifying and mitigating various hazards within the department and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with clients and supervising personnel to address inquiries, resolve issues, and fulfill service requests promptly.
  • Monitor technician locations and equipment utilization to optimize service scheduling and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee all communication channels within your assigned area of responsibility.
  • Prepare work orders, schedules, and maintain accurate records of customer requests, completed work, inventory, and dispatch information.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Coordinate necessary repairs to restore service and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess the ability to speak, write, and read both English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or dispatch operations is highly valued.
