We are seeking a skilled Document Control Coordinator to join our team at Skanska. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for administering and managing our project document control system, ensuring that all relevant documents are logged, transmitted, and distributed to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and administer the project document control system, including logging, transmitting, and distributing documents.
  • Coordinate with project staff to facilitate and expedite project team efficiencies.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a large team to coordinate and complete multiple responsibilities on a deadline.
  • Ensure knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate and interact with client administrative document control personnel on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Construction Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant construction experience.
