Requirements:
  • Active IN state license, & DEA
  • BC/BE
  • BLS/CPR
  • DOT/NRCME Certificate

Responsibilities:
  • Perform physical, mental status and medical history examinations; record findings subsequently reviewed and countersigned by supervising physician.
  • Outpatient Procedures: Splinting, Suturing, Ability to Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries, No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out
