About the Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Occupational Medicine team in Indianapolis.

Schedule and Hours

Monday to Friday, per diem, maternity, and/or vacation coverage. Hours: 9am to 6pm.

Occupational Medicine Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with medical model and standard of care.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting boards.
  • Perform physical, mental status, and medical history examinations; record findings subsequently reviewed and countersigned by Supervising Physician.
  • Follow patient progress and make changes in treatment as necessary.
  • Participate in business development, when requested, to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace walk-through and other on-site assessments.
  • Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
  • Registration with National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
  • Current DEA licensure.
  • Current CPR registration.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.

  • Experience in an Emergency Room, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Ortho, and/or Urgent Care setting.
