Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and prompt service to guests
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner
  • Seat guests at clean, available tables and ensure equitable distribution among servers

  • Assist with taking orders and monitoring dining areas for seating availability and guest well-being
  • Work collaboratively with servers and other staff members to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
  • Manage reservations and maintain a working knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and maintain a clean and presentable work environment

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant operation, preferably in a front-of-house role
  • Excellent customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
