About the Job

Lynn Community Health Center is seeking a skilled Medical Care Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Medical Care Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care and contributing to our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare professionals with patient care, including point-of-care testing, vital signs, and medical procedures.
  • Interact effectively with patients, families, and staff members, demonstrating empathy and respect.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant Training Program with a successful externship experience.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish/Khmer/Russian and knowledge of medical terminology are highly valued.
  • CPR or ASL certification is preferred.
