Position Overview:
As a Lube Technician, you will gain practical experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, learning to perform essential automotive services while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We Look For:
- A valid driver's license and a minimum age of 18 years.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information, identify issues, and make informed decisions.

- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive preventative maintenance or formal automotive training is advantageous.

- Train alongside experienced automotive technicians to expand your skill set.
- Exhibit excellent customer service by providing clear communication and feedback regarding customer vehicles.
- Encourage teamwork to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies regarding vehicle care and operation.
- Perform various manual tasks for extended periods, which may include lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
