Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Document and report any incidents or concerns.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Acceptable driving record.
