Position Overview:

Management roles, including Assistant Store Leaders and Supervisors, will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily activities focused on customer engagement, sales performance, and team development while maintaining the Finish Line brand standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and handling point-of-sale transactions.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to boost overall store performance.

  • Managing merchandise logistics, including shipments and deliveries, to ensure precise inventory oversight.
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to improve their shopping experience.

  • Maintaining personal sales metrics and contributing to shift performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; 2+ years of experience in retail leadership is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is beneficial. Strong communication and decision-making abilities are essential, along with the capacity to meet weekly work hour requirements. Physical demands include prolonged standing, lifting, and other retail-related tasks.
