This role is responsible for leading the store and supervisory staff, ensuring store operations run smoothly, and completing all opening and closing procedures when the manager is not onsite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively with store management and store crews
  • Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
  • Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
  • Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints
  • Promote CVS customer service culture
  • Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

  • Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
Requirements
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills

  • Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
